Can a 17 year old sit and wait for an adult in the tattoo parlour whilst the adult gets a tattoo?

Hi Dave,
normally you can enter a tattoo shop when you’re underage as long as the shop owner does allow it. At the moment though, you can not bring any accompanying person with you because of the infection risk.
