Hello my friend and I are opening a studio under partnership, would we need to register/license each or since we applied under partnership can we just apply as one? (Hope that makes sense) Thank you

We have done some asking around for you, it seems either option should suffice. You can apply each individually or both as one. We’ve also found out it can vary in different councils/locations across the UK so you’re best checking with your local council to see how they’d like you to do it.
