Hi, I want to be a tattoo artist but am struggling to find clear information on licensing. Can I apply for a personal tattoo licence if I don’t have premises to tattoo at? There’s a few studios you can day hire that are licensed tattoo studios and that’s where I ideally intend to tattoo. I’m just confused as to whether it’s a requirement to have a premises ready for them to inspect?
