I am considering turning the back of my cosmetic studio into a private studio for rent. What do most people expect as a minimum to be provided and what do we absolutely need to have for hygiene? Is there any insurance we need to have ourselves to protect us and the person who rents? Any guidance or pointers to a ‘checklist’ would be hugely appreciated! Thanks
