I ordered Hiroshima Haze colour it looks like a shade of grey on your image but I’ve just received it and almost looks dull pink in the bottle, I’ve not opened it, I’ve not used this ink before, is this normal or is the colour image off ? Thanks

Hi Sherise, usually you shake the bottle of ink to get a good idea of the actual colour. Kuro Sumi Hiroshima Haze is actually rather a dull pink than a grey shade. It might be that the display of your device is not colour true. Please make sure that you use a colour true display when choosing inks. If you are not sure about the colour, you can always get in touch with our friendly sales team for further advice.
