Is it legal for a tattooist to ask a for a none refundable deposit for a tattoo?

Hi Frankie, of course a tattoo artist can charge a non-refundable deposit. Since there is already a working effort involved in planning a tattoo and a no-show or cancellation at short notice can mean a complete loss of earnings for the day, this is actually common.
