Hi, why is Kuro Sumi liner just for learning how to tattoo? Why can’t it be used on leather?

Hi Żana, the Kuro Sumi Liner ink can be used on leather. It is a very popular ink. However, since the beginning of this year, this ink is no longer allowed to be used for tattooing on human skin in the EU.
